  • Chief Executive Officer

    Robert Comizio, CEO of NZT Group, is a finance executive with over 35 years of experience across private credit markets, high-yield bonds, and distressed investing. He founded Aegus Corp, Viathon Capital Management, and has held senior leadership roles, including Managing Director in Private Credit at Marathon Asset Management and Managing Director at Seaport Global Holdings. Comizio has also held senior positions at Castle Hill Asset Management, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, and Goldman Sachs. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

  • Chief Commercial Officer

    Jenna Landry is Chief Commercial Officer of NZT Group, where she leads strategy, partnerships, and commercialization across advanced materials, energy systems, infrastructure, and defense technologies. With more than 20 years of experience spanning marketing, technology, and operations, Landry has built and scaled ventures across media, e-commerce, and advanced materials. She began her career at Fortune, WIRED, Condé Nast, and Gilt Group, working with brands including LinkedIn, Visa, and LVMH, and launching early e-commerce platforms. Previously a Partner at Net Zero Technologies, she helped advance composite materials for infrastructure and marine environments, including resilient seawall systems. Landry holds a B.S. from Boston University and is the founder of the American Horse Project, a nonprofit focused on equine welfare.

  • Chief Technology Officer

    Zack Spencer, CTO of NZT Group and founder of Extremis Systems, is a trailblazing mechanical engineer with over 30 years of experience in composite manufacturing and a pioneer in materials sciences. Previously CTO at Spencer Composites Corporation, he designed groundbreaking innovations, including the first commercial rockets, composite sporting goods, a composite drilling riser (still used in the North Sea), and a device harnessing energy directly from the human body. Holding more than 30 patents in fields such as composite springs, resins, polymers, body armor, pressure vessels, energy storage, and transportation systems, Zack has shaped industries from aerospace and additive manufacturing to energy and infrastructure. A certified machinist, master welder, and graduate of South Dakota School of Mines and Technology (B.S.), he combines technical expertise with visionary innovation.

  • Chief Operating Officer

    Stuart Toner, COO of NZT Group and President of Element Labs Technologies, brings over 40 years of expertise in resin and polymer commercialization. He has driven market development in chemical, automotive, construction, and agricultural sectors, serving clients like Volvo, Mack, and John Deere. Toner managed a $37M precious metals operation at SAFINA Materials and a $13M monomer plant at B.F. Goodrich, excelling in facility startups, regulatory compliance, and total quality management. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from England.
